The work must have a title.
Deadline: Wearables December 12 meeting.
No showing or discussing until the December 12 revel.
Finished Garments due May 16th, 2006
Pick a subject, theme or design. Draw or collect images, fabrics and embellishments.
Choose embellishment techniques and design elements.
Photocopy designs to check size and placement where you actually want to put them on the garment. Images may be enlarged or shrunk to fit. This allows you to make sure there's no bull's eyes over the chest, etc.
Determine how you're going to attach the design element - stitching, glue, gromets, buttons, etc.
Embellish!
